This is a wonderful hotel with superfriendly staff at the reception desk. Rooms are comfortable quiet with park view, even walking, as example, food is brilliant. The location is marvellous, 2 km from Victoria and Albert Museum. There's a subway station walk from the place.

In relation to the reasonable price paid, it was beautiful place to stay with nice service. The staff were outstanding and fantastic day and night. The jazz bar was a delightful surprise.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at The Wellesley. The location was ideal for my needs, with Hyde Park just across the street and plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance.

The continental breakfast buffet, which was included as a Platinum perk, was a nice touch. Although the breakfast menu had additional fees, there was still a good variety of options available.

We had an amazing stay at this boutique hotel. The bespoke design exuded luxury, with flawless amenities and a tranquil ambiance. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel important, offering personalized service throughout our stay. The bar and table service breakfast were delightful, and the location, with the underground station just outside, was convenient. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable.

The food in the bar was good! Very professional staff, provided useful info. The location was best possible, close to top tourist destinations such as Buckingham Palace and Parliament as well as the cigar bars on both sides of the front doors.

This was a stunning location close to Harvey Nichols, Harods and Victoria and Albert Museum, and the cigar bars. The food at the restaurant was excellent.

The service at this hotel was excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to provide assistance. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the cigar bar, with a top-notch humidor and outdoor area for enjoying cigars. The selection of vintage cigars was impressive, and the staff were knowledgeable and helpful in making selections. Another advantage was the hotel's location, within walking distance of major tourist destinations and great shopping spots.

One of the worst aspects of this hotel was the presence of cigar smoke. The odor was noticeable throughout the hotel, even in the lobby and rooms.

We spent New Year at this hotel and it was a great experience. The entertainment in the Jazz Lounge was fantastic, with a wonderful singer and talented musicians on piano and double bass. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the food was delicious and unique. The location was also ideal, with many shops and attractions nearby. the rooms were well equipped with luxurious amenities and facilities.

The lobby area was quite small and cramped, with limited seating and not much space to relax. The air conditioning in the hotel was also not up to standard, and with the high temperatures during our stay, it was uncomfortable at times.

This hotel boasts a convenient location, just minutes away from Hyde Park Corner Tube station and in the heart of Knightsbridge. If you're looking for a room, the one at this hotel may be quite cozy but well-maintained, and it also has a bathroom with crystal fixtures, and professional and friendly service. The breakfast is also a plus with tasty options to choose from. You'll be pleased with the lovely facilities and perhaps a glimpse of the Rolls if lucky.

The smell of cigars may be overwhelming due to the cigar lounge on the first floor.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in this city and I must say that the staff were extremely friendly and helpful during my entire stay. The location was also perfect as it was within walking distance to many central London attractions and not far from the underground. Additionally, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel facilities, from the room to the bathroom, which were spotless. Lastly, the breakfast served was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from.
